Prudent Technology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of federal government contracts. This position is ideal for an early-career professional with 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, contract administration, or business support functions. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Recruiters, Contracts, Finance, and Corporate Operations teams to help ensure successful project execution, compliance, staffing coordination, reporting, and customer support activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience across federal government contracting operations and project delivery management.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support Program Managers and Project Managers with project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Coordinate internal and customer meetings and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Monitor project deadlines and assist teams in meeting contractual requirements.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and project staffing coordination.
- Coordinate with Recruiting, HR, Security, Contracts, and Finance teams to support project needs.
- Track personnel assignments and staffing changes across projects.
- Maintain project rosters, contact lists, and organizational charts.
- Support resource planning and workforce tracking activities
- Assist with maintaining contract documentation and project files.
- Track contract deliverables, reports, and recurring submission deadlines.
- Support collection of timesheets, project metrics, and performance data.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and government contract requirements.
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheets.
- Collect and validate project performance metrics.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities for management and customers.
- Ensure project records are accurate and up to date.
- Serve as a coordination point between project teams and corporate support departments.
- Respond to project-related inquiries and requests.
- Assist in preparing presentations, briefing materials, and customer communications.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications Required Education, Certifications, Skills, and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience supporting project operations, program management, business operations, administration, or related functions.
- Experience coordinating tasks, schedules, meetings, or project activities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting federal government contracts.
- Knowledge of government contracting terminology and project lifecycle processes.
- Experience using project management tools such as:
- Microsoft Project
- Jira
- Confluence
- Smartsheet
- SharePoint
- Experience supporting staffing, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or contract administration activities.
