What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter (GWCC) Integration Developer position at FEDRUS GLOBAL LLC?
- 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
- Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations within commercial insurance.
- Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
- Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10–20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
- Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Java
- GOSU
- J2EE
- XML
- Web Services
- Relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
- Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat.
- Strong experience with:
- Batch processing
- Messaging
- Event-driven integrations
- Migration utilities
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including:
- Jenkins
- Git
- Code coverage
- Scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube)
- DevSecOps principles
- Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification required.
- Guidewire Cloud migration experience preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
