We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee our FEDVIP Premium Administration team. This role is ideal for someone who can drive performance, support their team’s growth, and ensure operational excellence while building strong internal and external partnerships.
What You’ll Do
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in both leading people and optimizing operations:
Lead and Develop Your Team
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Manage schedules, performance, and daily team operations
- Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance culture
- Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing development initiatives
- Ensure processes meet performance metrics and SLA standards
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvements
- Support audits, escalations, and operational decision-making
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams such as Customer Service, Finance, and IT
- Collaborate with external partners including financial institutions and vendors
- Resolve complex issues and contribute to process enhancements
- Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Lead testing efforts and support system enhancements
- Advocate for improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs
- 2 years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in billing, reconciliation, finance, or operations
- Proficiency in Excel and data tools (Access and SharePoint a plus)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
- Experience with process improvement, vendor management, or technical systems is a plus
