About The Role
The Data Integrity Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used across FedPoint’s reporting activities to convey the actions and behaviors of our programs’ more than 6 million enrollees. We are seeking a paid Data Integrity Specialist intern to join our team 20 – 30 hrs per week summer 2026. The position is hybrid, working primarily remote with scheduled days in-office at our Portsmouth, NH location for onboarding, key team meetings, and other events.
The Specialist will be immersed in select operational aspects of data handling from the collection to reconciliation of recurring data and performance metrics for corporate reports to our stakeholders, working in partnership with designated team members to obtain missing information, resolve data discrepancies, and meet contractual and internal deadlines. Additional responsibilities include preparing drafts for scheduled reports and developing visual summaries.
About The Team/Department
The Reporting & Data Analysis Team is responsible for delivering accurate, concise, visually effective, and strategically sound reports to both internal and external stakeholders. The team collects, analyzes, and reports data for FedPoint-administered programs, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with performance and contractual reporting requirements. The team collaborates with business partners to ensure data accuracy, interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and manage the secure distribution and access of reporting materials.

About The Team/Department

Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of standard SLA and other scheduled performance metrics, reporting significant findings to designated team members.
- Resolve inconsistencies in data and performance metrics by engaging designated team members, including drafting key insights for review.
- Track and reconcile small to moderately sized data sets.
- Assist team members with cross-functional data initiatives.
Qualifications
- Rising Junior or Senior, with completed studies in accounting, business, economics, or other related field.
- Strong math proficiency for KPU calculations and quality checks.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and technical aptitude for understanding data connections and processes.
