Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking a Data/Configuration Management Specialist to work in the Scott AFB, IL area. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- The Data/Configuration Management Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive configuration management planning and ensuring that all configuration processes are properly documented and executed.
- This role involves describing provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits.
- Regulates the change process to ensure that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software
- Other support duties as needed/directed.
Experience/Skills:
- 3 years of relevant experience
Certifications:
- IAT Level II
Clearance:
- Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
