Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking a Cyber Wing Operations Support Specialist to work at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Lackland, TX. United States citizenship and an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required to be considered for this position.

The Cyber Wing Operations Support Specialist will serve as a liaison to the 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW)/A3, supporting internal and external agencies and wing staff offices. This position will facilitate the Wing Commander's intent to "operationalize" the Wing by maintaining oversight of cyber requirements, operational tasks, and coordination efforts across all mission areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to the 67 CW/A3 for internal and external coordination.
• Facilitate the 67 CW/CC's intent to "operationalize" the Wing by creating and maintaining a tracking mechanism for all 67 CW cyber requirements.
• Assist with the development, maturation, and execution of 67 CW/A3 operational tasks.
• Ensure all documents are saved in Government-furnished formats and uploaded to the approved shared locations.
• Assist Government program managers with the development, testing, fielding, and sustainment of cyberspace mission capabilities for the Air Force and Combatant Commanders.
• Analyze cyber operational program implementation and execution strategies and make recommendations on challenges, shortfalls, and programmatic requirements.
• Attend meetings and brief, as necessary, on behalf of the Wing Staff. Relay Wing Staff tasks and directives and provide meeting debriefs to the Wing Staff within three (3) duty days.
• Maintain situational awareness of orders such as OPORDs, PLANORDs, TASKORDs, and FRAGOs that affect 67 CW capabilities.
• Collaborate with weapon system program managers and SMEs to identify operational requirements and develop courses of action to meet those requirements.
• Track cyber requirements and assist with maintaining a fully integrated Wing budget for development and sustainment of cyberspace capabilities.

Experience/Skills:

• Supporting Air Force or DoD operational tasking, coordination, and reporting requirements.
• Maintaining situational awareness of mission operations, task orders, and directives.
• Facilitating coordination between Wing Staff, program managers, and leadership.
• Tracking and managing multiple operational requirements and priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills supporting operational mission objectives.

Clearance:

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required.
• Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
• Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC's Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
