Job Description Summary:
- Directs and leads a team of cash management professionals responsible for execution of global cash management strategy for the Corporation.
- Oversees day-to-day cash operations in the Americas (U.S., Canada, Latin America & the Caribbean) and serve as primary liaison with counterparts in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and other parts of the globe.
- Oversees the development of cash flow forecasts to support executive management decision-making.
- Develops banking, internal, and external customer relationships to maintain adequate liquidity access to cost effective sources of funds.
- Institutes controls, governance to ensure regulatory, and contract compliance for global cash management functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee providing banking support to enterprise business, bank account management, online bank system management, global liquidity management, short-term cash investments, FX/Derivatives management, recommends and identifies optimal global cash management structure, support, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide significant Treasury expertise, drive innovation and improvement of global strategies and infrastructure, and will serve as a key business partner for Senior Leadership Teams across the globe.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in economics and/or finance. MBA preferred.
- Advance level certifications, such as CTP, are desirable.
- Significant relevant experience to include successful management experience in Treasury/Global Cash Management.
- Foreign language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
- Experience in finance, treasury, forecasting, cash pooling, FX/Derivatives, banking portals, and treasury management system implementation.
- Experience with FIS-Quantum and FX platforms.
- Strong leadership, human relations and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and deliver presentations to Senior Management and Finance professionals globally.
- Highly skilled in developing high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies.
