Customer Service Sales Associate-Full Time-Retail

Job Summary

The Customer Service Sales Associate is a key role at FedEx Office, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling a range of products and services. This individual must be knowledgeable about all aspects of the store's business, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking orders and coordinating activities in the store
• Providing pricing and product information to customers
• Recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services
• Operating and maintaining equipment, moving boxes and supplies, and stocking materials
• Managing complex projects and tasks based on priority

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Effective communication skills with customers, vendors, and team members
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and report regularly to work
