Job Summary
The Customer Service Sales Associate is a key role at FedEx Office, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling a range of products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and coordinating activities in the store
- Providing pricing and product information to customers

- Managing complex projects and tasks based on priority
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Effective communication skills with customers, vendors, and team members
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and report regularly to work
