Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable Seasonal Associates to join our team for the upcoming peak season. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. You will assist with transportation and daily operations while helping ensure a safe, efficient, and positive experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting goods and personnel using vehicles such as vans, box trucks, and tankers, as assigned and appropriately licensed.
• Follow safe driving practices and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate schedules, routes, and logistics.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed, following required training and safety procedures.
• Lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds using appropriate equipment and assistance.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Participate in training related to commercial driving, vehicle operation, and workplace safety.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in commercial driving, paratransit, or school bus driving is preferred but not required.
• Any additional licenses or certifications required for assigned vehicles or equipment; heavy equipment certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members and customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, during the seasonal peak.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of package handling described above.
• Ability to pass required background checks, including driving history and safety screening.
• Ability to pass random drug testing.
• Military experience is a plus but is not required.

Pay: $140.00 - $175.00 per day
