Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise file storage and document management platforms, ensuring secure, reliable and scalable solutions for business needs
- Establish governance standards, access controls and lifecycle management practices to maintain compliance and data integrity
- Monitor platform usage, storage capacity and performance metrics, implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and user adoption
- Collaborate with security, legal and business stakeholders to ensure file and document solutions align with regulatory requirements and enterprise policies
- Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing file and document management team fostering technical expertise, accountability and continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in document management, file storage, or enterprise collaboration platforms
- Proven expertise in enterprise content management (ECM), file-sharing platforms, and document lifecycle policies
- Knowledge of access control, compliance regulations, and secure collaboration practices
- Strategic and organizational skills to ensure secure, efficient and compliant management of enterprise file and document systems
- Strong analytical skills to monitor usage, identify risks and implement process improvements for content management
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with stakeholders across IT, security and business teams
- Some travel required
