Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain DevSecOps standards, methodologies and best practices across the organization
- Lead the DevSecOps CoE, providing guidance to DevSecOps practitioners who implement the hands-on work and coaching RTEs to enable teams to adopt these practices consistently
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and forums to share knowledge and improve adoption of DevSecOps practices across teams
- Partner with product, engineering and security leaders to ensure secure and reliable delivery pipelines
- Monitor adoption of standards and practices, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage, lead, and develop a team of high-performing DevSecOps and RTE professionals fostering skill growth and collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in DevSecOps, agile delivery or cloud engineering practices
- Proven expertise in implementing DevSecOps standards, automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines at scale
- Experience coaching or mentoring RTEs or other agile practitioners
- Strong knowledge of security, compliance and operational best practices in cloud and software delivery
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide DevSecOps practitioners and RTEs in enabling secure delivery practices
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, and automated delivery pipelines to ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Strategic thinking to align DevSecOps practices with enterprise delivery goals and risk management
- Some travel required
