- Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas.
- Supports multiple systems simultaneously and provides leadership for large project efforts.
- Performs one or more of the following activities: Configuration Management, System Administration, Security Administration, Network Administration, Development System Implementation, and/or Production System Implementation.
- Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management, and/or project management.
- Provides mentoring for the development of less senior staff.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment
- Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, hardware, software, and systems
- Ability to mentor, coach and as a knowledge resource to other employees.
- Some travel required.
