Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis TN or Harrison AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for systems, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and operational objectives.
- Coordinates with other product managers and business architects to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience.
- Monitor system adoption, performance, and process metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Manages requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value Roi, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
- Communicate roadmap updates, modernization progress, and key trade-offs to business and stakeholders.
- Mentor those in less senior positions
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in engineering environment or information technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics.
- Some travel required
