The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dependable and detailed and operations oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources Business Partners & Resourcing team. No Human Resources experience is required for this position.
This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities, supporting people, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Provide operational support to the HRBP&R team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain data and records within HCM systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and interviews for team members
- Serve as a customer-focused point of contact for employee inquiries
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and care
What You Bring to the Role
- Strong operational, administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable managing calendars and deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams); PowerPoint and SharePoint experience preferred
- HCM, HR systems, ORACLE Systems, Accounting / Finance Systems experience helpful
- Exposure to AI to research and analyze data preferred
- Prior corporate experience preferred
