Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in our downtown Pittsburgh Headquarters.

What You’ll Do

As a Financial Analyst, you will help advance strategic finance and planning by providing financial analysis, forecasting, and presentation support for leadership. You will participate in the corporate planning processes including strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. This role will also provide analytical support for corporate development, strategic initiatives, and corporate-level decision making.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• 2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic planning, or strategy consulting preferred
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Experience with Excel to support financial modeling, data analysis, and the development of clear, leadership-ready presentations
• Prior experience in investment management or financial services is preferred
