Responsibility works… as a Financial Analyst. (hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst located in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You’ll Do

As a (Sr.) Financial Analyst you will collaborate with management in the overall coordination and review of financial statements and regulatory filings for Federated Hermes’ mutual funds. You will support the overall coordination and review of financial statements and regulatory filings with respect to the mutual funds. Prepare monthly regulatory filing forms, which contain annual, semi-annual financial statements and quarterly portfolios of investments.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor degree or Associate’s degree in Accounting required; or business related degree with two or more years of accounting related experience required. Advanced in business or accounting degree preferred.
• CPA certification or significant progress towards attainment preferred.
• 2 years of business experience with at least 1 – 2 years of public accounting experience auditing or compiling financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in the mutual fund industry preferred.
• Prior experience and high level of proficiency working with financial services fund administration functions (i.e., auditing, profitability analysis, financial statement analysis) preferred.
