Based within our Intermediary Sales Division, the Manager, Practice Consulting, is responsible for designing and delivering practice consulting services for intermediary clients. The Manager, Practice Consulting is a “client -facing” position, responsible for the creation, maintenance and delivery of relevant, trending practice consulting content and services relating to advisor business development and practice management. The Manager must maintain current knowledge of industry trends and of the competitive landscape and will interact with internal departments and external resources to identify, develop, and disseminate relevant content topics and services.
Position Specifications:
- Bachelor degree required; Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial services experience in Sales, Marketing or related field required
- Experience presenting to clients/advisors required; Experience designing and delivering “practice consulting” programs to financial advisors preferred
- Experience collaborating and leading cross functional teams required
- Experience creating content, conducting research, and writing marketing collateral and/or white papers preferred
- Subject matter knowledge of topics relevant to financial advisors preferred
- Must possess or obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
