Who You Are
You’re a hands-on Process Engineer with a degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering and 3 years of experience in process development, scale-up, and validation. You excel at troubleshooting, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving improvements with clear communication and technical expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement new and improved manufacturing processes.
- Conduct validation and execute Critical Process Parameter (CPP) batches.
- Perform shear curve testing and scale energy requirements from lab to production.
- Transition bench-scale processes to full-scale readiness.
- Lead technology transfers from customer sites to internal facilities.
- Establish and optimize process controls across Compounding, Filling, and Assembly.
- Support and train production teams on process best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation for processes and equipment.
- Recommend cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant process engineering experience.
- Experience with root cause analysis, DOE, and process scale-up.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
