Specialized Experience For The GS-12
You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal government, performing duties such as: 1) Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and/or measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned programs and recommend methods for improvement; 2) Providing guidance to senior staff regarding complex administrative queries; 3) Coordinating the preparation, review, and consolidation of annual and multi-year budget requests into a consolidated budget request; 4) Collaborating with internal and external customers to administer current and proposed strategic and operational plans and programs.
