The Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA), Office of Accreditation (OA) works with the FLETA Board, which is the accrediting body for all federal law enforcement training and support programs, to advance its key missions: to enhance the quality of federal law enforcement through a set of standards for federal law enforcement training; to administer the accreditation process for all federal law enforcement training; and to instill public confidence in federal law enforcement through compliance with the standards.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership in the development and implementation of accreditation standards, policies, and procedures, while managing the operational and programmatic activities of the FLETA, OA.
