Fedelta Home Care is excited to be hosting a Walk-In Hiring Event!

Address: 221 Kenyon Street NW, Suite 202, Olympia, WA 98501 (In the Kenyon Professional Plaza on the 2nd floor)
Swing by our office for our Walk-In Hiring Event on Thursday, March 26th, 2026, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. We will be doing on-the-spot interviews and hiring, providing snacks and beverages, and sharing more about our company, including our paid HCA training program!
What we are looking for:
- Caregivers with a driver's license, vehicle, car insurance, and a clean driving record
- Day-time availability
- Caregivers who can work in Thurston County
- Caregivers who can work in Mason County
- Licensed CNAs/HCAs (preferred, but not required)
POSSIBLE DUTIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Meal preparation
- Stand-by assistance, lifting, repositioning
- Medication reminders and assistance
- Companionship (playing games, going for walks, engaging in conversation, etc.)
- Light house chores
- Driving to appointments, run errands, etc. (optional/as needed)
- Showering, bathing, grooming assistance
SCHEDULE:
- Flexible!
- Great for work/life balance or to make a little extra cash on the side!
PAY/COMPENSATION
- Base rate of $22.00- $23.50 per hour, depending on experience!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT:
- Active HCA or CNA license valid in the State of Washington (Fedelta does offer a fully compensated licensing program to anyone not licensed, but interested in working for our company!)
- Smartphone (iPhone, Android, Googlephone, etc.) for time and attendance software
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be able to reliably commute to your client's location
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
