Financial Services Partner
We are looking for a motivated, member-focused, target-driven team member to join our Financial Service Center as a Financial Service Partner.
What You'll Be Doing...
The Financial Service Partner is primarily responsible for servicing the membership to identify each member’s needs through education and by cross selling products and services, while ensuring our members have a positive experience. This position also involves processing member requests, providing teller support, and opening new accounts, that may include loans. This position will support both the Lanham, MD and Brentwood, DC branches.
Key Areas of Focus...
- Provides exceptional service to all members while exhibiting with the Credit Union Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Responsible for the effective and professional performance of financial service functions.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with area personnel and with management.
- Actively and professionally cross sells Credit Union products and services.
- Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly.
- Provides support to the Member Care Center as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
You should have:
- Minimum TWO (2) years of experience, preferably as a Teller or Member Service Representative in financial institutions or in customer service in retail or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Credit Union or financial institution policies and procedures- preferred
- Basic understanding of Credit Union operations- preferred
- Customer service and sales experience- highly preferred
