Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks following established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- making sandwiches, simple foods, prepping bases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas.
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food handling and preparation processes.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and serving.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Upsell products to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items.
