The Role
Taxview Consulting is hiring a Tax Advisory Sales Representative to bring new clients into its advisory practice. You will meet prospective clients, learn what they need and connect them with the right Taxview service.
This is an entry-level role for someone with sales experience and a real interest in taxes. You do not need a tax background. We will teach you the material, and you will advise clients throughout the year as you learn it. For the right person, this role can grow into tax preparation and advisory work.
What You Will Do
- Generate and develop new business through calls, email, referrals, networking and community outreach
- Sit down with prospective clients, understand their situation and explain how tax advisory services can help
- Schedule consultations and bring qualified prospects to our advisors
- Follow up consistently and keep an accurate sales pipeline
- Work with the internal team to onboard new clients
- Learn our services: tax planning, tax strategy, business tax consulting, entity structure guidance and ongoing advisory support
- Meet monthly sales goals
What We Are Looking For
- Sales, business development or account management experience in any industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working toward targets
- An interest in taxes and a willingness to learn
Helpful but Not Required
- Experience in financial services, insurance, mortgage, banking or professional services sales
- Tax preparation, accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
Compensation
Commission-based pay, with expected earnings of about $4,000 per month based on commissions.
