With four thriving office locations, we’re growing—and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Business Assistant to join our Madison amp; Janesville team!

YOUR 4-DAY WORKWEEK MONDAY — MADISON
8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
TUESDAY — OFF!Your midweek day to recharge!
WEDNESDAY — JANESVILLE7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
THURSDAY — JANESVILLE7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
FRIDAY — MADISON7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
4 days. 2 locations. 1 amazing team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be an important part of our front office team and a key player in creating an exceptional patient experience.
✨ Welcome and communicate with patients
✨ Schedule appointments and coordinate services
✨ Partner with clinical and administrative teams
✨ Help patients understand treatment plans and financial options
✨ Verify insurance eligibility
✨ Assist with claims, billing, and insurance coordination
✨ Maintain accurate patient records
✨ Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
✨ Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
✨ Maintain the highest standards of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
