We're searching for an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Business Assistant who brings positive energy, outstanding customer service, and a team-first attitude.

Compensation

$20–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Dental experience preferred.

Schedule

Monday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (Half day Monday or Tuesday)

Tuesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (Rockford location)

Wednesday: 6:30 AM–4:00 PM

Thursday: 6:30 AM–4:00 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM–12:00 PM

Flexibility to work between our Cherry Valley and Rockford locations is required.

What You'll Be Doing

As the first smile our patients see, you'll play a huge role in creating an exceptional experience.

You'll:

• Welcome every patient with warmth, kindness, and professionalism.
• Keep provider schedules organized and running efficiently.
• • ️ Answer phones, schedule appointments, and communicate with patients confidently.
• Verify insurance, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support our clinical team to ensure every day runs smoothly.
• ✨ Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere that patients and teammates love.
