As our Hygiene Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure every patient receives a seamless, stress-free, and positive experience. From keeping the schedule running smoothly to welcoming patients with a smile, you’ll be at the center of ensuring our hygiene department runs at its best.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Keep the hygiene schedule full, efficient, and productive
✨ Welcome patients and guide them through check-in/check-out with warmth and professionalism
✨ Review treatment plans and support patients in understanding their care
✨ Manage payments, insurance claims, and pre-estimates with accuracy and clarity
✨ Handle phone calls—answering questions, scheduling, and following up with care
✨ Collaborate with external offices to gather patient records and ensure continuity of care
✨ Keep everything running smoothly in our practice software with accurate data and notes

Your Superpowers:

✔️ At least 1 year of experience in a dental office
✔️ Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to multitask with ease
✔️ Self-motivated, coachable, and always ready to grow
✔️ A natural communicator who loves making patients feel valued and cared for

Your Schedule:

• Monday: 9:15 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hr lunch)

• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hr lunch)

• Wednesday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hr lunch)

• Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM (optional lunch)
