This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Administrative Assistant specializing in Graphic Design, Photography, and Social Media. The position is based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with opportunities to work remotely on a flexible basis. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting with marketing and sales initiatives, creating graphic designs, capturing photography, and managing social media content and channels.
- Strong Administrative Assistance, Organization, and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies and activities
- Experience with graphic design tools and software, as well as photography and content creation
- Familiarity with social media management, including content scheduling and engagement tracking
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in outdoor gear or a related industry is a plus
