The Rise & Shine Hospitality Group is looking for a Bar Manager to join their team at Feast & Fareway in beautiful Coronado, California

Job description
This is a hybrid position.Bar Managers can expect to take a section or bartending shift 2-3 out of 5 shifts per week. Strong service skills are a must. Managers provide overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
People: train, retain and develop team
Cultivates a strategic team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
Assures execution of staff training programs.
Promotes positive employee relations including effective delegation of managerial duties, fostering high staff morale, upholding operation standards, and execution of the performance management process.
Profits: Optimize financial results (drive sales and control costs)
Maintains a strong community presence through partnership with community and business organizations.
Pro-actively search out opportunities to optimize Food and Beverage.
Guests: Consistently meet the standard for the guest experience
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all Rise & Shine guests and staff
Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Rise & Shines operating standards and philosophies.
Actively participates in succession planning by developing promotable people
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated knowledge and execution of current Rise & Shine operating standards
Must have at least 2 years of management experience in a similar setting
Must work holidays and weekends as we are open 365 a year
