Position Title: Juice Bar Manager Classification Status: Non-Exempt Work status: Full Time Reports to: Store Director Essential Job DutiesMakes Juice drinks by instructions & recipes providedOperates a cash register following established policies and procedures.Responsible for ordering, receiving and merchandising. Responsible for all items from the time the product is delivered to the back door until it is purchased by our customers.Responsible for implementing and maintaining all marketing programs.Trains & develops all Juice Bar Department employees in product knowledge, suggestive selling techniques, merchandising techniques, & customer service skills on an on-going basis.Maintains the appropriate profit margin in accordance to the approved pre-set budget, which entails, but is not limited to: sales goals, cost of goods, labor, expenses, price changes and waste management.Qualifications2 years of managerial experienceStrong communication skillsPossess the ability to handle high stress and volume of customers while maintaining a positive shopping experience for the customer.1 years’ experience Juice bar1 years’ experience barista Physical DemandsIn an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours.Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.Frequently lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
