Your Role at FEAR

This is not for passive trainers. You will:

• Train your own 1:1 and small group clients
• Build and manage your own schedule
• Take full ownership of your business and income
• Deliver a high-level, results-driven experience to every client
• Maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the space
• Contribute to the culture, energy, and standard of FEAR
• Earn the highest payout in Northern California as a personal trainer

What We're Looking For

• Certified trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or strong hands-on experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset. You want to build, not just work
• Strong communication and people skills
• A high level of professionalism and accountability
• Coaches who take pride in delivering real results
• Individuals who want to grow long-term with a serious, expanding brand

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity. You earn based on what you build as an independent contractor.
