Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations including history, objective measures, plan of care.
- Implement and execute patient treatment plans.
- Communicate with patients, family members, referring physicians, and other members of the team.
- Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.
- Provide timely written documentation as required by insurance providers to meet licensing, certification regulatory, reimbursement requirements and physician treatment plan.
- Support and participate in department operations and development.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- New Grads Welcome!! On site mentorship*
- Current California state licensure
- CPR Certification
- Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Worker’s Compensation and other private payor sources.
- Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
Schedule:
Flexible work schedule/hours
Must be able to work 2 Saturday shifts a month: Saturday hours are 7am-12 noon
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
