What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Tech position at FDM Group?
About The Role
This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) for this position.
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy delivering client and industry driven solutions through our 5 core specialist Practices; Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Change & Transformation, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance.
FDM is seeking a Client Service Tech located in Manhattan to support a project in the financial sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 1 year but may be extended.
This role will be in person with requirements to be in office 5 days per week.
About You
- 4 years of hands-on Help Desk experience
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Must understand and deliver a “White Glove” support experience when working directly with users
- Project Management experience . If not direct PM experience, should have led an IT project rollout. We often partner with the PM team as technical leads for user engagement
- Willingness to take certification courses as needed
- Flexibility with start and end times as we develop shift coverage
- Current need: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift for this quarter
