Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including bilingual support where applicable
- Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant services and solutions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools to ensure accurate documentation
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required, demonstrating excellent cash handling and typing skills
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure each customer feels valued and understood
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery, share insights, and contribute to a positive team environment
Experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately with good analysis skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills necessary for daily tasks
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
