- Review drawings for compliance.
- Prepare submittal registry draft for review by the Project Manager.
- Distribute reviewed submittals.
- Prepare reports and correspondence regarding submittals, RFI’s change orders, etc. for review by Project Manager.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the project schedule.
- BS in Construction Management or a minimum of 2 years experience in construction supervisory work as a foreman or lead man.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites software.
- Working knowledge of Primavera Project Planner or equivalent scheduling software.
- Working knowledge of ProCore Project Management or equivalent construction management software.
