Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management:
- Tag renewals
- Mileage reports and maintenance logs
- Incident and accident reports
- Repair quotes
- DOT reporting and inspections
- Selling fleet assist (trucks, bobcats, etc.)
- Coordinating transports
- Vehicle recall notices
- Permits (renewals, changes, etc.)
- Reports
- Binder assembly
- Incident/NM/SIF events, and lessons learned
- Integration with Power BI Safety Dashboard
- Data validation
- OSHA logs
- Workers compensation claim input and management
- Injured employee follow-ups (return to work and restriction management)
- State’s Right to Know boards
- Safety equipment recall notices
- Meeting minutes
- Safety statistic reporting (AGCR, isNetwork, PEC)
- 3 years of experience in construction safety coordination or administrative support
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and environmental safety standards
- Understanding of workers’ compensation claims and injury management processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems (e.g., Procore, SiteDocs)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
