EHS Manager EHS ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a dedicated EHS Manager to oversee our environmental, health, and safety programs within our chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety, while also implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage EHS programs and policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.Lead safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance with safety procedures and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS practices into operational processes and decision-making.Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences.Prepare and maintain documentation related to EHS compliance, including reports, audits, and incident investigations.Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure timely reporting and communication of EHS matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management within the chemical manufacturing industry.Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidelines.Strong understanding of chemical safety practices and environmental regulations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence change.BenefitsCompetitive compensationFull health insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision)Company stock401k w/matchFlexible PTOMuch more! - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
