Are you passionate about the beautiful game and ready to make a difference in the lives of young athletes? FC Copa Academy, one of the nation’s premier soccer development organizations, is looking for dynamic, motivated, and experienced Youth Soccer Coaches to join our expanding staff.
As a member of the FC Copa coaching team, you’ll be part of a respected and professional environment with a 20 year history of excellence in player development, college placement, and character-building through sport. Our Academy operates over 120 teams with 1,500 players and continues to grow each season.
We are currently hiring for coaching positions at multiple locations including Piscataway, Metuchen, Hillsborough, and Flemington, New Jersey, as well as Brooklyn, New York. Whether you’re looking for a full-time role or part-time opportunity, we have openings across various training sites that serve a vibrant and diverse soccer community.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and lead competitive youth soccer teams through training sessions, league matches, tournaments, and showcases.
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate training sessions that emphasize technical proficiency, tactical understanding, and individual growth.
- Foster a positive, high-energy training environment where players are challenged, engaged, and inspired to improve.
- Teach life lessons through soccer—instilling values of teamwork, hard work, accountability, and sportsmanship.
- Be a mentor and role model, inspiring a lifelong love for the game in every player.
- Collaborate with a professional coaching staff and participate in ongoing coaching education and development opportunities.

Who You Are:
- You have previous experience coaching youth soccer (club, high school, or college levels).
- You hold a USSF, UEFA and/ NSCAA license, or are willing to pursue licensure with support from the Academy.
- You bring a genuine passion for the game, high moral character, and the ability to connect with and motivate young athletes.
- You thrive in a team environment and are committed to professional growth and ongoing learning.
