The Indianapolis, Indiana office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience providing advice and counsel on employment matters
- Experience with wage / hour compliance and defense, non-compete, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements
- Familiarity representing employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research, and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Candidates must be licensed to practice in Indiana and reside in the state; licensure in Kentucky and Ohio would be a plus
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
