The Denver, Colorado office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
The salary range for this role is $205,000-$220,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Colorado litigation experience
- Experience with both employment litigation and commercial litigation is preferred
- Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
- Superior academic credentials with excellent research and writing skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
The salary range for this role is $205,000-$220,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Associates Are Also Eligible For
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
