Location:- Far Rockaway, NY (Remote)

Compensation:- $70K–$90K


We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office & Operations Manager to join our team in Far Rockaway, NY. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations, supporting leadership, keeping the office running smoothly, and ensuring an excellent experience for both employees and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Manage daily office operations (scheduling, communication, supplies, records)
  • Support leadership with calendars, reporting, and coordination
  • Oversee vendor relationships and office logistics
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Maintain compliance documentation and internal processes
  • Act as a go-to person for team coordination and client support


What We’re Looking For


  • 5–8 years of experience in office management or operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience supporting leadership or business operations
  • Comfortable with MS Office and administrative tools
  • Background in insurance or financial services is a plus
  • P&C License required

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
