What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily office operations (scheduling, communication, supplies, records)
- Support leadership with calendars, reporting, and coordination
- Oversee vendor relationships and office logistics
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintain compliance documentation and internal processes
- Act as a go-to person for team coordination and client support
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in office management or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting leadership or business operations
- Comfortable with MS Office and administrative tools
- Background in insurance or financial services is a plus
- P&C License required
