About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations by managing non-conformance processes, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with engineering and quality standards.

This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments, particularly those familiar with MRB and NCR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and disposition non-conforming conditions on parts, assemblies, and final products
• Author process plans and dispositions for non-compliant structures via NCRs
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all solutions meet engineering, regulatory, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers, quality teams, and manufacturing personnel
• Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities and decision-making
• Monitor production processes to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Drive initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field)
• 1–10 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience handling non-conformances (NCRs) and MRB processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with automotive or other complex manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of:
• Manufacturing processes, tooling, and inspection equipment
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions

Technical Skills:

• CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx)
• Solumina (MES)
• Microsoft Office Suite
