Qualifications/Know-How |

1. High school diploma or equivalent required plus one year of relevant experience required. Associates degree and customer Service or similar insurance/financial service work experience preferred. 2. Must be knowledgeable regarding the application of current tax laws and regulations. 3. Analytical, problem solving and training skills required. 4. Personal computer skills (Word, Excel, and DST system.) required. 5. Keyboard skills (40 – 45 NWPM). 6. Basic math, banking, and/or security/investment background a plus. 7. Oral and written communication skills as appropriate to this position. 8. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

The Wealth Management Department is responsible for delivering growth solutions to our 500,000 client members across our 15 state footprint, aiding in diversifying company earnings.
The Wealth Management Department will achieve both short term and long term goals pertaining to AUM and Revenue, adhering to expense limitations. The department will act in concert with both the P&C and Life leadership teams to enhance member experience and is responsible for ensuring enhanced earnings per share are delivered to shareholders. Overall, the member experience will be complimented by adding full financial planning services, access to professional money management firms, and a choice of commission or fee compensation models.
The Wealth Management Operations Coordinator is tasked with supporting our rep/advisors, ensuring that paperwork and service requests are completed in a timely fashion, and promptly notifying leadership of any operational or compliance issues.
Primary Internal contacts include: Wealth Management Operations and Sales units, Agency Services, Legal, Registered Reps, IARs, WMAs, Corporate Compliance and HR. External contacts include: Custodian, Money Managers, Partner Company Staff, FINRA and SEC examination staff. |
