Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Associate/Receptionist located in Johnston, IA. The Client Service Associate/Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks including greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also involves supporting financial advisors and assisting with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
