What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions using gap analysis and adult learning principles.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across multiple formats: in-person, virtual, blended, and self-paced.
- Lead and contribute to strategic talent development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies and trends to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for learners and their leaders, ensuring knowledge transfer and application.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships across departments.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in L&D, with a strong portfolio of curriculum design and facilitation.
- Proficiency in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and tools like Articulate Storyline, Photoshop, and LMS platforms.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to delivering exceptional learner experiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and support hands-on training sessions.
