Job Details

·  Train and develop our design team in relational sales, building rapport, capturing a homeowner’s vision, and building trust.  

·  Be directly involved in the sales process by creating and pitching design concepts, and reviewing all closing details of final design, close official signing. 

·  Assist our Senior Designers in overseeing our interior designers responsible for details like construction notes, 2d and 3d renderings, and materials selection. 

·  Upon learning the “FBC Way” generate new ideas to enhance the homeowner experience and satisfaction. 

·  Oversee weekly design meetings with Senior and Interior Designers 

·  Strong active listening ability for delighting each homeowner with design plans. 

·  Accountable to achieve design sales targets and growth for the entire office. 

Requirements

Requirements

·  4 plus years of sales related experience.

·  Proven leadership aptitude, sales success, and coaching ability.

·  Experience in space planning and/or interior design.

·  Familiar with blueprints, drawing up construction notes, and communicating estimates. 

·  Achieve a working knowledge of our software of choice, Chief Architect before start date. 

·  The desire to learn and execute the FBC Remodel design/sales process.

·  An unstoppable growth mindset, that owns results, places team first, and speaks as a creator.

·  Starting responsibilities will include 9 months of functioning in our Senior Designer role.

·  As a Senior Designer, you will be expected to reach a sales target of 270K per month.

·  Must have a driver’s license and access to your own vehicle. 

Base Salary Range – 85 –110K Commission of 1% of Total sales paid out quarterly.
Expected Commissions – 35,000 – 70,000
Starts after 90-day onboarding is complete.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
