Key Responsibilities
Oracle HCM Cloud Management
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Design and maintain workforce structures, workflows, approval hierarchies, and security roles.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to translate business needs into system and process improvements.
- Support implementation initiatives including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Assist with data migration from legacy or internal systems and validate post‑migration data accuracy.
- Participate in cutover activities and support system go‑live events.
- Review Oracle quarterly releases, assess impacts, and support regression testing.
- Develop and execute test scripts for system changes, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth adoption of system updates.
- Create and maintain system documentation including configuration guides, process flows, and release notes.
- Ensure compliance with change management standards and data governance practices.
- Partner with IT teams to support integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Assist with reporting and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards, and audit reports.
- Support application availability, security, and performance in alignment with PWC IT standards.
- Provide end‑user support through the PWC ticketing system and document resolutions.
- Deliver training, guidance, and knowledge transfer to HR and operational users.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement.
- Build strong working relationships with HR, IT, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and HCM systems.
- Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise applications and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to translate complex system requirements into clear, practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with curiosity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible applications analysis experience OR
- Associate degree in computer technology, information systems, HR systems, or a related field and eight (8) years of applications analysis experience
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is preferred and may substitute for a portion of the required applications analysis experience.
- Oracle Guided Learning Content Developer (Foundations Associate) or equivalent
- Required or attainable within six (6) months of hire
- No significant lifting required
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer

Salary : $81,932 - $107,946
