Journeyman Service Plumber

The Role: Journeyman Plumber

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Structure, Multiple options available: $25-$35 hourly Commissions & Spiffs or Pay per piece by level completed- Unlimited pay potential. Company Vehicle and gas card included!

Schedule: 4 or 5 day work week- multiple options and schedules available

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
• Service Calls: Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
• Installation: Install plumbing systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.

Required Experience:

• Active Kentucky Journeyman’s License
• 2 years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and enter confined spaces as needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and tools

Preferred Experience:

• Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
