Journeyman HVAC Service Technician

The Role: HVAC Service Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Structure, Multiple options available: $25-$35 hourly Commissions & Spiffs or Pay per piece/ Task pay by level completed.

Schedule, Multiple Options Available: Monday-Friday, Tuesday- Saturday, Sunday- Thursday - Dispatched from home. Company Vehicle & Gas card included!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
• Establish customer rapport and recommend the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options, IAQ products, and maintenance plans.
• Exceed revenue goals and maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

Required Experience:

• Valid Kentucky HVAC Journeyman’s License
• 2 or more years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Experience

• Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
